Meet Our Team
I’ve been with EcoCare for nearly 14 years, and I truly enjoy the work I do. The challenges that pests present keep me engaged, and I take pride in being able to serve others and help solve their problems.
If I had to share one thing about myself, it’s that I enjoy photography.

Field Technician
I’ve been with EcoCare for almost 10 years, and I love what I do. There’s nothing more satisfying to me than solving those “unsolvable” rodent issues that others can’t seem to crack. I love animals, nature, and all things beautiful—but I especially love a big challenge.
Growing up, I moved at least once a year for the first 23 years of my life, living in more than seven states. That experience shaped a lot of who I am today.
One of my favorite quotes is: “If nothing saves us from death, at least love should save us from life.” — Pablo Neruda

I inspect and identify a wide variety of pests and come up with tailored solutions for each customer’s specific needs. I work to gain and maintain control of environments affected by pests in homes and other structures. I enjoy being able to bring peace of mind to customers and taking on the unique challenges that come with every situation.
I’ve lived in eight states—CO, NM, AZ, UT, TX, MO, NV, and OR—and one of my favorite quotes is, “I think, therefore I Am.” I’ve been with EcoCare for 5 years and 11 months.

I’ve been with EcoCare for 5 years, and my work focuses on inspecting homes for rodent entry points and activity, then developing effective solutions to keep problems under control. My motto—borrowed from the Boy Scouts—is simple: Be prepared.
I’m a dog lover with two pups at home, but fun fact: my very first pet was an Emperor Scorpion.

As EcoCare’s Office Manager—heading into my 19th year—I’ve had the joy of working with the VahnDijk family, a group of people who genuinely care about what they do and who they serve.
Outside the office, I’m happiest on a classic camping trip, exploring someplace new, or spoiling my six grandbabies. I’m happily married, adventure-loving, and always ready for the next trip!
– Dianne Zeller
Office Manager
I’ve been EcoCare’s bookkeeper for over 14 years, and I still enjoy the work. When I’m not balancing numbers, I’m with my four grandkids, tending my garden (“zucchini anyone?”), staying active in my church, or birdwatching with my husband.

I complete my daily route while helping customers with their pest concerns, and I’m especially skilled in treating ants and spiders. I get a lot of satisfaction from knowing I can give customers peace of mind when they’re dealing with pests.
I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy being able to use that to better assist customers. One of my favorite quotes is, “Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.” I’ve been with EcoCare for 2 years and 6 months.

I handle crawlspace insulation and vapor barrier projects, plus all kinds of exclusions and home repairs — the stuff that keeps homes tight, dry, and rodent-proof. After 4 years and 1 month on the job, I still love that every day brings something new and exciting.
When I clock out, you’ll usually find me at home with my wife, daughter, and our three dogs — easily my favorite place to be.
A quote that keeps me grounded: “Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.” —Thomas Edison
– Mark Senseney
Restoration Technician
For three and a half years, I was the one crawling through attics and navigating crawlspaces to restore homes from the inside out. Now I coordinate those restoration projects, and I love knowing I’m still helping people feel comfortable in their homes and solving problems that matter.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me with my family, out fishing, or hitting a hiking trail — basically enjoying the fresh air instead of insulation dust.
I’ve been part of the EcoCare team for 3½ years, and I live by this quote from Steve Jobs:
